WTF: What the Folk kicks off it's 4th year!

The countdown is now on...to get your 'folk' fix for 2013. The fun begins on January 11th and kicks off our FOURTH year! CHEBUCTO COFFEE, 6430 Chebucto Road, corner of Chebucto & Kline 6:30 - 9pm Free will donation In celebration... we would love for you to bring songs or stories that you have shared at WTF! over the past four years. And those of you who are not performers might be tempted to share a story or an anecdote about a song or story you heard at WTF! over the past four years... one that made an impact and why. We have heard through the grapevine that Dan Mackinnon and Shaun Hall are back!And that Mike will have his famous Acadian Chicken soup! WTF! is an outreach program of the Helen Creighton Folklore Society. We meet every second and fourth Friday of the month at CHEBUCTO COFFEE in Halifax where Mike's extraordinary culinary fare is approaching legendary status. Come early for a bite and stay for the entertainment which starts around 6:30 and goes until 9:00ish. As always... admission is by free-will donation towards the Society's work.
